Plympton St Maurice Childcare Centre provides high quality childcare for the wider community at affordable competitive prices, with an emphasis on nurturing each and every individual child.
Having opened our doors in 1996 and expanding the centre in 2017, we now offer childcare for children aged 3 months all the way to 11 years.
We are open 51 weeks of the year from 7.00am-6pm Monday – Friday and offer a variety of sessions to allow flexibility. We also offer wrap-around childcare which includes breakfast, tea and holiday clubs.

Our policies help us to make sure that the service provided by the setting is a high quality one and that being a member of the setting is an enjoyable and beneficial experience for each child and her/his parents. Our setting has a duty under the law to help safeguard children against suspected or actual ‘significant harm’. As part of the setting’s policy to make sure that its provision meets the needs of each individual child, we take account of any special needs a child may have. Copies of our policies and procedures are available for you to see at the centre.
